Ms. Xiang holds an undergraduate degree from Renmin University of China and a graduate degree from Cleveland State University, where she majored in Accounting and financial information systems. She has worked with a wide variety of companies and industries, and government organizations.


In this region, our focus is on growth strategy advisory and our Epiture software technology. Working through Scope MC to provide our services, we provide companies and institutions strategic advice on a range of topics including leading edge business processes in areas such as innovation, business development & venture management to technology infrastructures that support rapid growth.

Yahya al Shaykh
Managing Director


Yahya al Shaykh has extensive international experience from working at the World Bank/International Finance Corporation, Lloyds Bank, Lombard Odier & Cie, Geneva, BAII, Paris;  ABC Ltd, and the Government of Dubai's, Dubai Development and Investment Authority (DDIA). He has a BA degree from The American University of Beirut and a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University in the USA. He is also a Fellow of The World Bank Economic Development Institute (EDI) and Member of Financial Intermediaries, Managers and Brokers Association (FIMBRA).
